Beverage Law Institute’s Responsible Vendor Program is designed to train employees on the proper methods of selling and serving alcohol in a safe and responsible manner. Our state endorsed program guarantees clients have the necessary knowledge to comply with Florida’s Responsible Vendor Act. Our specialized program appoints a designated trainer, within each establishment, so clients have full access to personnel if there are any questions.
If an establishment is caught selling alcohol improperly, Responsible Vendors will have increased protection for their location. With our program, establishments lower insurance, reduce the risk of civil liability, and protect licensees from license suspension or revocation.
