The Florida vendor doesn’t ask, “how do I make more from this one transaction?”
They ask: “how do I make the kind of environment my customers want to keep coming back to?”
It’s not about a one and done experience. It’s about creating a place where people want to be and want to come back.
You keep your business safe and welcoming – prioritizing service and efficiency.
Sometimes that means going the extra mile for a customer, but often it means having the right systems in place so when the doors open, everything runs as it should.
At the end of the day, you try to hire and keep good people, but sometimes mistakes happen…
